Dr. Jeronica Crockett

Executive Director

Dr. Crockett is an engineer, educator, and community leader dedicated to expanding opportunities for students through STEM education, mentorship, and workforce development.

Throughout her career, she has served in engineering, project leadership, and educational roles, gaining experience in technical problem-solving, organizational leadership, and talent development. Her passion for helping others grow has led her to teach and mentor diverse audiences, including K–12 students, university learners, military personnel, and industry professionals.

As the Executive Director of STEM R'US, Dr. Crockett is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and prepare students for future success. She believes that every student deserves access to opportunities that help them explore their interests, develop critical skills, and discover their potential.

Through her leadership, STEM R'US strives to empower the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders by connecting education with real-world experiences, mentorship, and community engagement.
